Akoya Condominium

This project includes the construction of a new freestanding reinforced concrete feature wall at the southwest corner of the existing Akoya Condominium property. The proposed design also incorporates an architecturally significant reinforced concrete trellis structure that will serve as a distinctive visual landmark and enhance the aesthetic character of the surrounding area. In addition, the project includes renovations to the existing pool deck, the construction of new spa facilities, and associated site improvements.
