The structural engineering services included the design and detailing of new exterior door openings within the existing building envelope, including the evaluation of affected structural elements and the development of any required reinforcement measures. The scope also encompassed the design of two new steel-framed mezzanines, each approximately 1,500 square feet, complete with code-compliant stair access systems.
