The proposed two-story marketplace building is designed to enhance the surrounding architectural landscape while providing a unique user experience. The structural design addresses key challenges, including long-span roof framing requirements. The building utilizes perimeter load-bearing reinforced CMU walls as the primary lateral system and intermediate steel columns supported on spread foundations to provide efficient and durable structural performance.
