Project overview

The project involves the design and construction of a new warehouse and office facility featuring integrated operational and administrative spaces. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete foundations, concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, reinforced concrete framing, and 20-inch deep steel joists supporting the intermediate office space. The roof structure incorporates 36-inch and 20-inch deep steel joists with a sloped roof system, supporting a composite roof assembly designed for efficient long-span performance. The canopy features a combination of structural steel and light-gage steel framing to achieve the proposed architectural design. The facility is designed to provide functional warehouse operations, durable structural performance, and flexible office integration while prioritizing structural efficiency, strength, and long-term serviceability.
