This 155,000-square-foot warehouse development featured a one-story warehouse with an attached two-story office building. The structural system utilized reinforced concrete tilt-up panels, precast concrete framing, and double-tee roof members, highlighted by a cast-in-place reinforced concrete spiral staircase that served as a prominent architectural feature within the office area.
