El Dorado Tower Condominium

The proposed project, located in the heart of the City of Aventura, includes a new water feature at the south entrance of the parking garage and two independent porte-cochères at each tower's main entrance. The structures present significant engineering challenges, including close proximity to the existing building, long-span moment-connected structural steel elements, and deep piling foundations.
