EXTERIOR CONTAINIZED GENERATORS AT MSC MIAMI CRUISE TERMINAL

Project overview

As part of the new MSC Cruise Terminal development at Port of Miami, four exterior containerized generator systems supplied by CTM are being installed to support critical facility operations. The project included the structural design of the primary steel support framing for the generator units, the development of connections to the existing structure, and coordination of foundation-related engineering with the project team. Structural services also involved evaluating system stability under applicable design loads, ensuring compatibility with the existing facility, and providing detailed engineering documentation to support fabrication and construction.
