This warehouse remodeling project included the structural design of a new two-story interior office addition of approximately 1,600 square feet and a new one-story restroom addition of approximately 425 square feet within an existing warehouse facility. Structural engineering services encompassed the design of new foundations, integration of the additions with the existing warehouse structure, and development of connection details to ensure compatibility, stability, and compliance with applicable building code requirements.
