This project involved the design of a storage mezzanine within the existing one-story restaurant is intended to improve operational efficiency and increase available storage capacity. Structural engineering services included the evaluation of existing load-carrying elements, assessment of the impact of the new mezzanine on the existing structural system, and the design of any required strengthening measures and connection details to ensure safe integration with the existing building and compliance with applicable code requirements.
