Project overview

This remodeling and expansion project involved structural engineering services for a new one-story building addition, reconstruction of a fire-damaged roof area with raised elevations at the tie beam level, façade and storefront enhancements, new wall openings within cooler areas, and modifications at the existing mezzanine. The scope also included the structural evaluation and support of new rooftop mechanical units, ventilation equipment, and associated curb and support systems integrated with the existing roof structure.
