This remodeling project for Presidente Supermarket No. 14 in Hialeah involved structural engineering services to support façade enhancements, modifications to existing CMU wall openings, and the installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment. The scope included the design of a new exterior wall opening, enclosure of select existing openings, enlargement of interior CMU wall openings, and structural evaluation of the existing roof system to accommodate new rooftop units.
