This proposed mixed-use development featured a 170,000-square-foot structure comprising a supermarket, storage areas, a mezzanine level, and three residential floors above, along with a separate two-level parking garage. Structural services addressed the challenges of long-span transfer elements required to support the open supermarket layout while accommodating approximately 75 residential units above.
