The Project consists of an eight-story residential building with a “C” shaped tower from the fourth floor to roof sitting over a parking/residential podium from third to ground floors. The third floor features a pool deck, amenities and residential units, and commercial offices and lobby space on the ground floor. The “C” shape building includes 5 stories of residential units.
