Master Brickell Preparatory

The Project consists of an eight-story educational building. The building is cast in place concrete supported by shallow foundations. The typical floors are precast joists spanning to soffit beams, and concrete beams. The roof is framed with long span metal deck supported by steel joists at gymnasium and other roof areas are precast concrete joists. The lateral system consists of cast in place reinforced concrete shear walls. Building enclosure is reinforced masonry walls, impact resistant windows and doors.
