Puntallana

The Project consists of a six-story office building with a rectangular shaped tower from ground to roof. The building’s structure consists of 12” prestressed joist supported by poured in place concrete columns and shear walls supported by pile caps of reinforced concrete. The lateral system is made up of reinforced concrete shear walls. Reinforced masonry walls and storefronts, and windows enclose the building envelope.
