Structural recertification and milestone inspection of an existing reinforced concrete industrial building with a double tee precast roof system. Work included evaluation of precast roof members, concrete framing, and column connections, along with the identification of deterioration and structural deficiencies. Repair drawings were prepared and submitted in compliance with Miami-Dade County building code.
