Milestone inspection and structural recertification of an existing reinforced concrete industrial building with a double tee precast joist roof system. Scope included assessment of the precast roof members, concrete framing, column connections, identification of concrete deterioration and structural deficiencies, and preparation of repair drawings in compliance with Miami-Dade County building code.
